RETURN POLICY

At InDough, all of our baked goods are made fresh to order, and we require advance notice for each item. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Since our baked goods are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

​

2. Order Issues & Quality Concerns
If you experience any quality concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If we made an error with your order, please reach out immediately. We will gladly correct the mistake by providing a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because all orders are pre-order only, cancellations must be made within the following timeframes to receive a refund:

Customizable Cakes: Must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery for a full refund.

Sourdough Bread: Must be canceled at least 3 days in advance for a full refund.

Sweet Bread & Cookies: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Pick-Up & Delivery Policy
Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time. Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.


If you are unable to pick up your order on time, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
