As an Indonesian, I’ve always loved how we affectionately refer to ourselves as “Indo,” a shorthand that carries a sense of pride and togetherness. Inspired by this, I decided to play on the word "Indo" and transform it into “InDough” — combining the essence of our culture with the craft of breadmaking.
